One of her projects included being part of the training and development team for the opening of the theme park Luna Farm in Bologna, Italy, where she also virtually presented initiatives designed to enhance the guest experience for Italian leaders.
With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chrissy brings a diverse background that includes hotel and theme park operations, marketing, training, and human resources. Through her career, she discovered a passion for developing others and helping individuals find their purpose, while supporting organizations in telling their stories through effective communication, content development, and strategic planning.

She later furthered her education online by earning a Master’s Degree in Communication Management with a focus on Marketing from the University of Denver.
Chrissy spent three years working for Disney across all four theme parks and a variety of resorts. She began her journey with the Disney College Program and eventually advanced to the role of Guest Experience Manager at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic and a furlough from her role, Chrissy relocated to Easton, Pennsylvania, where she joined Kalahari Resorts and Conventions in Mount Pocono. This marked the beginning of her career in Human Resources and Learning and Development in 2020, where she oversaw training and recognition programs for more than 1,400 associates.
In 2022, Chrissy was given the opportunity to move to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, to be closer to her parents and continue growing her career as the Director of Learning and Development at Grand Geneva Resort and Spa and Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark within the Marcus Corporation. In her current role, Chrissy oversees all training and recognition programs for more than 1,200 associates and collaborates with department leaders to strengthen and sustain a positive, engaging culture across the campus.
