Instructional Design Leader | Doctoral Candidate – EdD in Instructional Design, Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, University of Central Florida (Fall ’25) | Blanche Greaux is a small business consultant, digital strategist, and founder of Blanche Greaux Consulting, based in Orlando, Florida. She specializes in business development, digital strategy, and education design, helping entrepreneurs—particularly in Caribbean and underserved communities—build sustainable ventures.

Author of Profits from Paradise and 50 Things I Wish I Learned in High School, Blanche blends entrepreneurship, tech, and economic development to drive growth. She created Enraged to Engaged, a training system for business owners in small island economies, and has mentored through the Branson Centre for Entrepreneurship since 2013.

Expertise:

Blanche holds a Master’s in Hospitality & Tourism Management (UCF), a BA in Communications (Temple), and is a Certified Scrum Master. She has recently been admitted to the Doctor of Education (EdD) in Curriculum & Instruction at the University of Central Florida, specializing in Instructional Design & Technology, beginning Fall 2025. This next step reflects her commitment to advancing how learning, entrepreneurship, and technology converge to drive equity and economic resilience in tourism-driven economies. Blanche’s current research explores mobile-first AI tools as pathways to hospitality careers for underserved youth.

Most recently, she completed a 10-week PMDojo product accelerator, where she led cross-functional collaboration to design and launch an emotional support journaling app. From user research to MVP delivery, she applied lean product strategy, UX research, and agile methodologies to bring a consumer-facing wellness solution to market.

Originally from Puerto Rico and raised in the Virgin Islands, Blanche brings a global perspective rooted in community impact and systems-level thinking.
